At around 10 am I was picked up by the limousine to go to Assendelft. The driver was a little late due to a misunderstanding, but it did not matter as the lady was not ready. Instead of taking the fast route, we had to take the scenic route.
Before we arrived, we had to stop and wait until we got the signal that all was okay. And of course I had to get my corsage as well.
Once I arrived, we were to have lunch with around 30 people. The following pictures are of that lunch.
My parents house was decorated. Wim, Rita, Krista, Oscar, John and Kathleen have spent a lot of time blowing up balloons, getting the house in order and also decorating the party location. I did not know that until we got there.
Krista and Oscar's wedding had a lot of pink balloons. We liked the idea, so we asked for balloons too. And they looked great. Monic brought a few people from Amsterdam; Gav and Marina did not show so we were a bit worried about them.
We had a few pictures made in the garden, which looked great. A bit too early in the year for most flowers but it was really nice. You can tell who the important one is... Following that we left to see my grandfather, who could not make the wedding and after that to Mia's house for some pictures in her garden.
