Click here for the Hong Kong wedding overview. After the tea ceremony we went to Hong Kong park to take the wedding pictures. You'd think we already made those last year (link), but nope. You can never have enough pictures. Apparently. Hong Kong park is a fantastic place as you will see below. One reason they made it so beautiful is surely because it is next to the registry office. So there were lots of couples being positioned by photographers, although I can honestly say my bride looked prettiest. First a picture inside the room and then off to Hong Kong park. The red umbrella is tradition too. This is us coming out of the hotel, parading up and down the street, back to the hotel and posing in front of the car. You can't take the tram to the park, surely!
The following pictures are all made in Hong Kong park, which has a few great features including a cave and a waterfall. Some of the pictures are downright fantastic. There are some mean mosquitos there too I can assure you. Bring repellent.
And after we left Hong Kong park we just walked into a very expensive hotel (forgot the name, but if you are interested, walk out of Hong Kong park and it is on your left ;-) ). They must be used to it as they did not even raise an eyebrow.
And this is our hotel. On the top, the 32nd floor, is a swimming pool. When we got there, we found my parents sunbathing! They were very interested in the proceedings and took some nice pictures of people taking pictures of us.
