In the last weekend of September me and a friend took to the Delaware river to go kayaking. The Delaware is the border between New Jersey and Pennsylvania. It is not really a wild water river, but it does provide a beautiful scenery. we hired a kayak and took an 8 mile trip downstream. As you can see, we had great weather:
OK, so the water is not wild. But you do have a blue sky and a lot of green. And peace and quiet of course. You can just see the bridge at the end. That is where we parked the car, so we are almost at the end.
The toll bridge from up close. It is old and rusty and not really trustworthy if you have a good look. The toll is $0.75:
